Groupon is seeking an ambitious and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join their growing sales team in downtown Chicago. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in hospitality, customer service, or anyone with excellent communication skills. The Inside Sales Representative will connect with local businesses, helping them attract new customers and succeed on the Groupon platform.

What this role involves: - Finding and connecting with local businesses.
- Engaging and pitching Groupon's platform through outbound calls.
- Presenting tailored solutions to match merchant goals.
- Owning targets and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure successful campaigns.
Requirements: - Confident communicator with strong listening and negotiation skills.
- Outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in-office 3 days/week in downtown Chicago (4 days during onboarding).
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with local businesses or the Chicago landscape is a bonus.
- At least 6 months of sales experience is nice to have but not essential.
What Groupon offers: - Base salary of $40,000 per year.
- Commission based on gross profit with no cap.
