Job Description
Groupon is seeking a Hotel Account Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role is focused on expanding the merchant base and achieving revenue goals for the Hotel division. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to acquire large merchants, manage contractual agreements, and provide regular performance reports. They will also collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with stakeholders to build mutually beneficial partnerships. This role involves 60% business development and 40% account management.
The role involves:
- Achieving revenue goals for the Hotel division.
- Expanding the merchant base.

Requirements:
- Based in Dubai.
- 3-5 years of experience working in the UAE.
- Willingness to attend the office at least 3 days a week.
- Experience in acquiring large merchants and managing hotel accounts.
- Strong sales skills with a proactive, "hunter" mentality.
- Comfortable managing complex negotiations.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
