Job Description
Groupon is seeking a Merchant Development Consultant to join their team in Warsaw. This role involves building and developing relationships with business partners, understanding their needs and business models, and providing consultative sales and advisory services on account growth strategies. The consultant will collaborate with Business Development and Merchant Operations teams to ensure optimal customer service.Responsibilities include:
- Building and developing relationships with business partners
- Consultative sales and advisory on account growth strategies
- Collaboration with Business Development and Merchant Operations teams
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Experience in customer lifecycle management
- Experience in phone and email sales
- Negotiation skills and analytical thinking
- Fluent Polish and good English skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
