Job Description
Verkada is seeking a Regional Sales Director in Paris, France, to lead and mentor an Enterprise-level sales team. Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering integrated product lines through a single platform. The role involves managing Account Executives, ensuring they meet sales goals, and maintaining high activity standards. The Regional Sales Director will report to the head of EMEA and will play a key role in driving sales activity and accurate forecasting.
Responsibilities include: - Leading a team to achieve sales quotas
- Mentoring and developing the sales team
- Conducting weekly forecast meetings
- Monitoring sales activity and tracking results
- Assisting sales reps in closing complex transactions
- Managing pipelines and ensuring above-quota results
- Leading pipeline reviews and training sessions
- Working with channel partners in France and Switzerland
Requirements include: - Demonstrated success in leading a high-performing sales team
- Proven experience in an indirect sales model
- Experience in leading, coaching, and developing account executives
- Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Proven ability to hire and train new sales representatives
- Successful history of closing business and over-achieving quota
- Ability to accurately forecast sales results
- Willingness to travel
