Job Description
Zenni Optical, committed to affordable eyewear, seeks a QA Analysis Technician for their Obetz, Ohio facility. This role involves ensuring the quality of frames and lenses, contributing to the company's mission of accessible vision care. The technician will work Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, with potential overtime. The company offers a climate-controlled environment with free daily meals and snacks, plus opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize automation for quality analysis
- Point out cosmetic defects
- Maintain good housekeeping, 6S
- Ensure daily / weekly / monthly goals are met
- Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness)
- Report to management on activities and issues
Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift
- Fine attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and production schedules
- Previous quality analysis experience is a plus
- Previous experience with utilizing pass / no pass standards
- Previous warehousing experience is a bonus!
