Sales Order Specialist (Temporary 12 months) at Outset Medical

Outset Medical is seeking a Sales Order Specialist for a temporary 12-month position in Tijuana, Mexico. This role will be responsible for Salesforce.com workflows, supporting the field sales team with related tasks, identifying improved workflows, training the sales team, and troubleshooting workflow gaps and errors. The Sales Order Specialist will work with various systems including Salesforce, Tableau, and QAD, manage the sales enablement content repository, and assist with CRM database maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek feedback from sales leadership and field on customer problems.
• Manage and enforce the proposal request process (contracting, quoting, etc.).
• Work within Salesforce, Tableau, and QAD.
• Manage the sales enablement content repository.
• Assist with CRM database maintenance (Salesforce.com) and upkeep.
• Develop and lead training around all things Salesforce.com related.
• Be the main point of contact between sales leadership and Saleforce.com development team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales support with a focus on Saleforce.com assistance and training.
• Strong presentation skills / power point development.
• Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• High level of organization and detail-orientation.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
• Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize / excellent time management.
