Outset Medical, a medical device company revolutionizing dialysis, is seeking a Sales Order Specialist for a temporary 12-month position in Tijuana, Mexico. This role is responsible for customer order management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders for Tablo systems, consumables, and other items. The Sales Order Specialist will collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to provide excellent customer service and support revenue recognition.
Responsibilities: - Process customer purchase orders for consoles, treatment supplies, and other items.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Collaborate with the Logistics team to provide shipping information.
- Ensure accuracy of customer account information.
- Partner with the Finance team to ensure data accuracy for revenue recognition.
- Set up new accounts through CRM (Salesforce.com).
- Assist with the Customer Onboarding Process (COR).
- Process RMAs/returns, credit and rebills, etc.
- Manage customer reorder process on accessories and disposables.
- Comply with all SOX requirements.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (High School Diploma/GED).
- 3+ years of sales order processing experience.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Advanced English (Verbal and written communication skills).
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com).
- Experience with QAD (ERP system) a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and personable attitude.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing business needs.
- Medical device experience is a plus.
