Auros is seeking an experienced trader to join their team in Hong Kong. The role involves directly managing major trading books during Asian hours and continuously seeking additional sources of edge through market analysis. The trader will collaborate with global trading and middle office teams to ensure accurate trade booking and reconciliation. They will also liaise with exchange counterparts on various requirements and assist in improving existing strategies and developing new ones. - Managing trading books during Asian hours

Requirements:
- Experience in high frequency trading
- Strong quantitative background
- Experience in trading strategies design, development, testing and coding
- Comfortable assisting with the design, development and improvement of complex risk management systems
- Experience coding with Python (or other relevant languages)
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Quantitative Sciences and Engineering or related disciplines
