Quantitative Researcher, High Frequency Trading

Auros is seeking a highly motivated Quantitative Researcher to join their dynamic team in New York. The company is dedicated to advancing the cryptocurrency ecosystem through liquidity and market-making services. Auros is one of the largest participants in the market, trading across 10+ global locations and facilitating 3-4% of global daily volumes.

The Quantitative Researcher will leverage their passion for cryptocurrency and financial markets, and will be exposed to the fast-paced world of high-frequency trading (HFT) while learning new strategies within a growing asset class. They will join the founding team in the heavily invested next generation build out of the HFT business line from an already successful systematic trading business.

• Alpha generation
• Inventory management

Requirements:

• Critical thinking and data-driven decision making skills
• Entrepreneurial drive
• Understanding of stochastic processes
• Experience with large datasets and cluster technology
• Experience with modeling and learning methods for predicting time series
• Familiarity with high-performance HFT requirements
