MEDiSTRAVA, a specialized services team within Inizio Medical, is seeking a Senior Medical Writer based in Japan to join their growing team. The role involves researching technical materials and clinical situations to develop content for diverse audiences, guided by senior team leaders and aligned with client objectives.

The role involves:

• Researching technical material and clinical situations.
• Developing content for diverse audiences.
• Partnering with external experts or internal client teams.
• Attending client planning meetings or external scientific events.
• Collaborating with the wider MEDiSTRAVA team across geographies and functions.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with new therapeutic areas and technologies.
• Fluent written and conversational Japanese.
• Scientific writing and editing ability.
• Experience developing content for different healthcare medical audiences.
• Ability to create high-quality materials with minimal assistance.
• Experience in writing for print, video, and new media.
• Quality control skills and familiarity with relevant Codes of Practice.
• Ability to work within a team and build productive relationships.
• Client-centric attitude and ability to work with clients on projects.
• Experience as a medical writer, in-house within a biopharma organisation, or within the publications field.
