Job Description
Verkada is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Market to lead and motivate a team of direct reports. The role involves pipeline reviews, managing daily and weekly activities, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure individual and team quotas are met. The manager will work cross-functionally to align prioritization and resources across sales, product, marketing, engineering, and operations. They will also be responsible for strategic problem-solving, project management, and proactively addressing problems with scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years in direct sales management experience.
  • Team-player mentality, hard-working.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience developing strong internal and external business relationships.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
  • Knowledge of the full Sales cycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
