NEW STORE - Supervisor

Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor for their store in Amsterdam Bijlmerplein. The Supervisor will play a key role in driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring optimal store presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Being jointly responsible for the day-to-day operations on the shop floor.
• Achieving optimum sales results in accordance with set targets and guidelines.
• Coaching and motivating the team to be customer and service oriented.
• Being jointly responsible for the implementation of a good and correct store presentation (visual merchandising) in accordance with the guidelines.
• Being jointly responsible for training, motivating, enthusing and informing your team so that they can develop as well as possible.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail, management experience is a plus.
• Available 38 hours per week.
• A strong personality who can cope well with working under pressure.
• Flexible deployability, a real team player spirit and stress resistance.
• A critical view with the aim of achieving the highest possible results.
