Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a Full Time Sales Advisor/Senior Sales Advisor to join their team in Klang Valley & Penang. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and maximizing store profitability.

The Sales Advisor will be responsible for driving sales by meeting and exceeding targets, utilizing in-store devices to showcase the product range, and providing alternatives and add-on sales. He will be greeting customers warmly, ensuring they receive the best possible service, and understanding the customer service measuring program.

The role also involves deputizing for other staff, working within departments, and carrying out other duties as required, all while representing JD Sports professionally and conducting work safely.

Role Involves:
