CVX is seeking a Board & Advisory Recruitment professional to join their team in Copenhagen, Denmark. This role involves identifying and securing promising growth companies to present at monthly venture partner events. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and preparing companies for pitches, as well as matching venture partners with the companies' strategic growth needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, a passion for advising companies, and experience in recruitment, entrepreneurship, or consulting within the Danish business environment. Strong communication skills in both Danish and English are essential.
