CVX, one of Europe's fastest-growing venture capital investors, is seeking a Recruitment & Sales Manager to join their team in Stockholm. The role involves assisting Swedish growth companies in identifying the right profiles based on their strategic position. The candidate will manage the entire process, from sourcing and analyzing companies to ultimately placing individuals on leadership teams, boards, or advisory boards.
The Recruitment & Sales Manager will ensure process optimization, conduct proper assessments of company needs, and provide necessary guidance to ultimately present them to CVX's partners and find the right match.
Role Involves:
- Identifying companies needing knowledge, networks, etc.
- Analyzing and advising companies on finding the right skills.
- Presenting opportunities to the Board & Advisory team.
- Driving end-to-end advisory, board, and executive recruitment.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and C-suite executives.
