Role involves:

• Driving and developing the lead process for the sales team to increase quantity and quality.
• Supporting member contact to develop the member journey.
• Supporting the finance team with reporting and assisting with debt collection.
• Communication on SoMe, such as LinkedIn posts.

Requirements:

• Exceptional work ethic and a high sense of urgency.
• Strong drive and desire to be the best.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, be proactive, and follow through on commitments.
• Humility and a passion for building businesses.
• Completed STX, HHX, or HTX with top grades is a plus.
• Experience working part-time or involvement in extracurricular activities.
