Chief Investment Officer

Job Description

CVX is seeking a highly motivated Chief Investment Officer to join their team in London. This role offers significant strategic and operational responsibility within a fast-paced environment, focusing on venture investments.

The Chief Investment Officer will be an integral part of CVX's global investment team. He will manage a personal portfolio and oversee the entire deal process from sourcing to closing.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring CVX is presented with all relevant market deals.
• Creating a consistent, high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams for investment potential.
• Negotiating term sheets to secure favorable investment opportunities.
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Managing investment processes with partners and closing investment rounds.
