Director for Helsinki at CVX Ventures

CVX is seeking a Director to join their team in Helsinki. The Director will be responsible for managing their own investment portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process from start to finish. This includes sourcing and analyzing business plans, assessing markets, and closing investment rounds. The Director will play a crucial role in creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow, ensuring timely decision-making, and closing successful deals with partners.

Role Involves:

• Ensuring CVX sees all interesting deals in the market
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make investment decisions
• Negotiating term sheets and securing the best investment opportunities
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee
• Running investment processes with partners and closing investment rounds

Requirements:
