Head of Investment

Job Description

CVX is seeking a Head of Investments to join their team in either London or Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be passionate about investments and helping growth companies succeed.

The Head of Investments will manage their own portfolio and oversee the entire deal process, from sourcing and analyzing business plans to closing investment rounds. They will be responsible for generating a consistent, high-quality deal flow and ensuring swift decision-making to secure successful deals with partners.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring CVX is considered for all interesting market deals
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make informed investment decisions
• Negotiating term sheets and secure optimal investment opportunities
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee
• Managing investment processes with partners and finalising investment rounds

• Bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results
• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar
• EU work permit
