CVX Ventures is seeking an exceptional Investment Analyst to build and lead their Swedish operations in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role, requiring the individual to establish a strong sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and finalize deals. The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and possess a natural ability to build relationships.CVX is a rapidly growing venture capital firm that strives to be Europe's largest risk investor by providing fast-growing companies with capital, knowledge, and network. CVX invests with the best business angels, offering founders tailored support for specific stages and industries. With over 600 partners, CVX comprises 20 ambitious individuals across Copenhagen, London, Oslo, and soon, Stockholm.Role Involves:

• Developing and implementing strategies for the Swedish market.
• Leading expansion efforts, potentially including acquisitions.
• Managing the Swedish profit and loss statements and operational activities.
• Building a large, high-quality network of partners.
• Recruiting and leading a high-performing team of 10–15 people.
• Identifying and attracting top investment opportunities.
• Driving the entire investment process.
• Representing CVX at events and conferences.

Requirements:
