Job Description

CVX is seeking an Investment Associate to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about investments and helping growth companies. This role offers significant strategic and operational responsibility within a fast-paced environment, working alongside a team of driven individuals with a shared passion for entrepreneurship.

As Investment Associate, the individual will be responsible for their own portfolio and the entire deal journey, from sourcing and analyzing business plans to closing investment rounds. The role requires creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow and ensuring fast decision-making to close deals on time with partners.

CVX aims to help ambitious growth companies reach their full potential by investing capital, knowledge, time, skills, and network. The company invests together with business angels, having over 600 partners who bring their skills to add value.

Role Involves:

• Ensuring CVX sees and is offered interesting deals
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams
• Negotiating term sheets
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee
• Running investment processes with partners and closing investment rounds

Requirements:

• Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills

• Bachelor or master's degree with excellent results
• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar
