• Ensuring CVX is exposed to all interesting deals in the market.
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams for investment decisions.
• Negotiating term sheets and securing optimal investment opportunities.
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Managing investment processes and closing investment rounds with partners.
