CVX Ventures Denmark is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join their team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be passionate about investments and making a difference for growth companies. As Investment Banking Analyst, he/she will be an important part of CVX's global investment team. They will be responsible for their own portfolio and the entire deal journey. This includes sourcing and analyzing business plans, markets, negotiating term sheets and closing investment rounds.

Role Involves:

• Ensuring CVX sees all interesting deals in the market
• Creating a high-quality deal flow
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams
• Negotiating term sheets
• Presenting investment opportunities
• Running investment processes
• Closing investment rounds

• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar
