CVX Ventures is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to establish and lead their Swedish operations in Stockholm. As the first person on the ground, the analyst will focus on building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. CVX Ventures is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture capital firms. The role involves:

• Developing and implementing strategies for the Swedish market.
• Leading expansion efforts in Sweden, including potential acquisitions.
• Managing the Swedish P&L and operational activities.
• Building a large group of partners.
• Recruiting and leading a team of 10-15 people.
• Identifying and attracting investment opportunities and driving the investment process.
• Representing CVX at events and reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

• High work ethic and a sense of urgency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments.
• Strong interest in venture capital and startups.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• A network within the Swedish startup ecosystem is a plus.
