CVX is seeking an Investment Banking Director to join their team in Oslo. This role is pivotal in CVX's global investment team, involving managing a portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process.

The Investment Banking Director will play a crucial role in identifying and securing investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for investments and a desire to support growth companies.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring CVX is presented with all potentially interesting deals in the market.
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams for investment decisions.
• Negotiating term sheets to secure favorable investment opportunities for CVX.
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Managing investment processes in collaboration with partners and finalizing investment rounds.
