Investment Banking Director CVX Ventures Sweden at CVX Ventures

CVX Ventures is seeking an Investment Banking Director to establish and lead their Swedish operations in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role requiring the individual to establish a strong sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and close deals.

The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and capable of building relationships. CVX Ventures aims to become Europe’s largest venture investor by providing capital, knowledge, and networks to high-growth companies. The company consists of 20 individuals across Copenhagen, London, and Oslo.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a strategy for the Swedish market.
• Leading the expansion in Sweden, including potential acquisitions.
• Managing the Swedish profit and loss, balance sheet, and operations.
• Building a group of partners.
• Recruiting, developing, and leading a team of 10–15 people.
• Identifying and attracting investment opportunities.
• Managing the investment process from prospecting to investment.
• Representing CVX at events and conferences.

Requirements:
