Job Description

Nova Founder Capital is seeking an Investment Manager to join their team in either London or Copenhagen. The Investment Manager will play a vital role in Nova Founder Capital's global investment team. He will be responsible for managing his own portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process, from sourcing and analyzing business plans to closing investment rounds.

Nova Founders Capital is a fast-growing venture investor that supports growth companies by providing capital, knowledge, and networks.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring Nova Founders Capital is aware of all interesting market deals.
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams for investment decisions.
• Negotiating term sheets to secure the best investment opportunities.
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Managing investment processes with partners and closing investment rounds.
