CVX is seeking an Investment Banking Managing Director to join its team in London or Copenhagen. This role involves managing a portfolio, handling the entire deal process from sourcing to closing, and creating a high-quality deal flow. The ideal candidate should be passionate about investments, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be driven to make a difference for growth companies.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring CVX is offered all interesting deals in the market.
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams.
• Negotiating term sheets.
• Presenting investment opportunities.
• Running investment processes and closing investment rounds.

Requirements:

• High work ethic and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to close deals.
• Unusual drive and desire to excel.
• Proactive approach and ownership.
• Passion for analyzing and investing.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results.
• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar.
• EU work permit.
