CVX is seeking an Investment Director to join their team in Oslo. The Investment Director will play a crucial role in CVX's global investment team, managing their own portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process from start to finish.

CVX is a fast-growing venture investor in Europe, dedicated to helping growth companies achieve their full potential by providing capital, knowledge, and network access. They collaborate with business angels to provide founders with the resources they need to succeed.

Role Involves:

• Ensuring CVX is considered for all interesting deals in the market.
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams for investment decisions.
• Negotiating term sheets and securing the best investment opportunities for CVX.
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Managing investment processes with partners and closing investment rounds.

• Bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results.
• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar.
• EU work permit.
