CVX Ventures is seeking an Investment Director to lead their Danish division in Copenhagen. The Investment Director will be responsible for shaping the company's vision, driving operational excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a natural ability to build trust and connections with people.

Role involves:

• Defining and executing strategy
• Leading the Danish expansion
• Being responsible for Denmark’s profit and loss
• Building a pool of partners
• Leading a team within sales, board work, events & members, and marketing
• Finding and attracting investment cases
• Leading investment deals from sourcing to investment
• Representing CVX at events
• Reporting directly to the CEO

Requirements:

• High work ethic
• 5+ years of experience in relevant fields
• Proactive approach
• Deep interest in venture capital and the startup environment
• People-focused with the ability to connect with people
• Ability to effectively communicate with leadership
• Excellent reasoning skills
• Proven success with achieving goals
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Network in the Danish startup ecosystem (preferred)
