CVX Ventures is seeking an Investment Director to establish and lead their Swedish operations in Stockholm. This role requires a hands-on individual ready to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and finalize deals. The successful candidate will be driven, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships.

Role involves:

• Developing and implementing strategies for the Swedish market.
• Leading expansion efforts, including potential acquisitions.
• Managing the Swedish profit and loss and operational activities.
• Building a partner network.
• Recruiting and leading a team of 10–15 individuals.
• Identifying and attracting investment opportunities.
• Driving the entire investment process.
• Representing CVX at events and conferences.

Requirements:

• High work ethic and a sense of urgency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments.
• Strong interest in venture capital and startups.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
