Job Description

CVX is seeking an Investment Manager to join its team in Oslo. This role involves significant strategic and operational responsibility, focusing on Nordic growth companies.

The Investment Manager will be a crucial part of CVX's global investment team, managing their own portfolio and overseeing the entire deal journey. They will create high-quality deal flow, analyze business plans and markets, and close investment rounds in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring CVX is offered all interesting deals in the market.
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams for investment decisions.
• Negotiating term sheets and securing the best investment opportunities.
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Running investment processes with partners and closing investment rounds.

• EU work permit.
