Job Description
CVX is seeking an Investment Manager to join their team in London. The Investment Manager will play a crucial role in the global investment team, managing their own portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process from sourcing to closing. CVX is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors, driven by the belief that the best investors provide founders with knowledge, experience, skills, and networks alongside capital. They invest alongside a network of over 600 business angels.
The role involves:
- Ensuring CVX is offered all interesting deals in the market.
- Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
- Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams.
- Negotiating term sheets.
- Presenting investment opportunities.
- Running investment processes with partners.
- Closing investment rounds.
