The Investment Manager will play a crucial role in CVX's global investment team, managing their own portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process from sourcing to closing. • Ensuring CVX is considered for all interesting deals in the market.
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make informed investment decisions.
• Negotiating term sheets and securing favorable investment opportunities for CVX.
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Managing investment processes with our partners and successfully closing investment rounds.
