CVX, a fast-growing venture investor, is seeking a Management Consulting Analyst to join their team in London. This role involves significant strategic and operational responsibility, focusing on investments and supporting growth companies.

The Management Consulting Analyst will be an integral part of CVX's global investment team, managing their own portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process from sourcing to closing.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring CVX is presented with all interesting deals in the market.
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make investment decisions.
• Negotiating term sheets and securing the best investment opportunities.
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Running investment processes with partners and closing investment rounds.

• Bachelor or master's degree with excellent results.
