The Management Consulting Analyst will play a crucial role in CVX's global investment team, managing a portfolio and overseeing the entire investment process. This includes sourcing and analyzing business plans and markets, as well as closing investment rounds. The primary focus will be on generating a consistent and high-quality deal flow and ensuring swift decision-making to secure favorable deals with partners.

Role Involves:

• Ensuring CVX is exposed to all relevant market deals.
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams for investment decisions.
• Negotiating term sheets to secure the best investment opportunities.
• Presenting investment prospects to the investment committee.
• Managing investment processes with partners and finalizing investment rounds.
