The Management Consulting Associate will be a crucial part of Nova Founder Capital's global investment team, managing their own portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process.Role involves:

• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams for investment decisions.
• Negotiating term sheets and securing investment opportunities.
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Running investment processes with partners and closing investment rounds.

Requirements:

• High work ethic and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to close deals.
• Unusual drive and desire to excel.
• Proactive approach and ownership.
• Passion for analysis and investment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results.
• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar.
