As the first person on-site, the role involves establishing a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. • Developing and implementing market strategies
• Leading expansion efforts in Sweden, including potential acquisitions
• Managing the Swedish P&L and operations
• Building a high-quality partner network
• Recruiting and leading a team of 10-15 people
• Identifying and attracting investment opportunities
• Driving the investment process
• Representing CVX at events

Requirements:
