CVX, a fast-growing venture investor, is seeking a Management Consulting Director to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about investments and making a difference for growth companies. This role involves significant strategic and operational responsibility within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make informed investment decisions.
• Negotiating term sheets and securing the best investment opportunities for CVX.
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Running investment processes with partners and closing investment rounds.

Requirements:

• High work ethic and a sense of urgency.
• The ability to close deals effectively.
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor or master's degree with excellent results.
• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar fields.
• Genuine interest in continuous learning and improvement.
