CVX Ventures is seeking a Management Consulting Director to lead their Danish division in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader capable of building trust and inspiring a high-performance team. CVX is a rapidly growing venture investor in Europe, aiming to become the largest by providing capital, knowledge, and networks to growth companies.

The Management Consulting Director will define and execute strategies, lead the Danish expansion, manage profit and loss, build a pool of partners, develop a team of 15 within sales, board work, events, membership, and marketing, and lead investment deals. The role involves representing CVX at events and reporting directly to the CEO.

Role Involves:

• Defining and executing strategies and adjusting them continuously.
• Leading the Danish expansion, including potential acquisitions.
• Managing Denmark's profit & loss and overall operations.
• Building a large and valuable pool of partners.
• Developing and leading a top-class team of 15.
• Finding and attracting the best investment cases.
• Leading investment deals from sourcing to investment.
• Representing CVX at events, gatherings, and conferences.

Requirements:

• High work ethic with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong drive and desire to be the best in the field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments.
• Proactive approach and ability to take ownership.
• Deep interest in venture capital and the startup environment.

• Ability to gain trust from business leaders.
