CVX Ventures is seeking a Management Consulting Director to build and lead their Swedish operations in Stockholm. As the first person on the ground, the role involves establishing a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is driven, proactive, and capable of building trust and relationships.
The role involves:
- Developing and implementing strategies for the Swedish market
- Overseeing expansion in Sweden, including potential acquisitions
- Managing the Swedish profit and loss and operational activities
- Building a large group of partners
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team
- Identifying and attracting potential investments
- Driving the investment process from prospecting to investment.
- Representing CVX at events and conferences
Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in venture capital, fast-growing startups, or dynamic environments
- Proactive with the capability to take ownership
- Interest in venture capital and startups

- Leadership experience
- Fluency in Swedish and English
