CVX Ventures Sweden is seeking a Management Consulting Manager to build and lead their Swedish operations in Stockholm. The role involves establishing a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships.

CVX is described as one of Europe's fastest-growing venture capital firms that aims to provide fast-growing companies with capital, knowledge, and networks. With over 600 partners, CVX currently has 20 employees in Copenhagen, London, and Oslo.

Role involves:

• Developing and implementing strategies for the Swedish market
• Leading expansion efforts in Sweden, including potential acquisitions
• Managing the Swedish profit and loss statement and operations
• Building a group of partners
• Recruiting, developing, and leading a team of 10–15 people
• Identifying and attracting investment opportunities
• Driving the investment process
• Representing CVX at events

Requirements:

• High work ethic
• At least 5 years of experience in venture capital, start-ups or similar
