Job Description

CVX is seeking a Venture Scout to join its team in Berlin, Germany. This is a part-time role within the CVX Venture Scout Programme, designed to identify promising investment opportunities in their specialist fields, and remuneration is based on success criteria.

As a Venture Scout, the individual will learn essential VC skills, interact with entrepreneurial founders, and influence the future. The Venture Scout will be expected to identify exciting startups, conduct thorough research on their teams, markets, and competition, and present a concise 1-2 page investment thesis to the CVX Investment Team.

CVX aims to use the Venture Scout Programme to discover exceptional investment opportunities and gain a deeper understanding of potential team members. The program serves as a pathway to joining the CVX Investment Team, offering an opportunity to showcase investment thinking and analytical skills.

Role involves:

• Identifying exciting startups.
