Venture Analyst

CVX is seeking a Venture Analyst to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about investments and helping growth companies succeed. This role offers significant strategic and operational responsibility within a fast-paced environment. The Venture Analyst will be a crucial part of CVX's global investment team, managing their own portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring CVX sees and is offered all interesting deals in the market
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make investment decisions
• Negotiating term sheets and ensuring that CVX wins the best investment opportunities
• Presenting investment opportunities to our investment committee
• Running investment processes with our partners and close investment rounds
