CVX Ventures is seeking a Venture Analyst to join their team in Copenhagen. The Venture Analyst will play a vital part in CVX's global investment team, managing their own portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process from beginning to end.

CVX is a fast-growing venture investor in Europe. Their mission is invest capital, knowledge, time, skills, and network. They work together with the best business angels and have over 600 partners invested in companies.

Responsibilities

• Creating deal flow
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make investment decisions
• Negotiating term sheets
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee
• Running investment processes with partners and closing investment rounds

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results
