CVX Ventures is seeking a Venture Analyst to build and lead its Swedish operations in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role focused on establishing a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. The candidate will be driven, proactive and capable of building relationships.

CVX is described as one of Europe’s fastest-growing venture capital firms, aiming to become the largest risk investor by providing capital, knowledge, and network to fast-growing companies.

Role Involves:

• Developing and implementing a strategy for the Swedish market
• Leading expansion in Sweden, including potential acquisitions
• Managing the Swedish profit and loss statement and operations
• Building a large group of partners
• Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team
• Identifying and attracting investment opportunities
• Managing the investment process
• Representing CVX at events
• Reporting to the CEO

Requirements:
