CVX is seeking a motivated Venture Associate to join their team in London. This role offers significant strategic and operational responsibility in a fast-paced environment. The Venture Associate will be an integral part of CVX's global investment team, managing a portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring CVX is presented with all interesting deals in the market.
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams for investment decisions.
• Negotiating term sheets and securing the best investment opportunities.
• Presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Running investment processes with partners and closing investment rounds.
