Venture Director

Job Description

CVX is seeking a Venture Director to join its team in London and Copenhagen. The Venture Director will play a crucial role in CVX's global investment team, managing a portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process. CVX helps ambitious and promising growth companies reach their full potential by investing capital, knowledge, time, skills, and network.

The Venture Director’s responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring CVX sees and is offered all interesting deals in the market
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make investment decisions
• Negotiating term sheets and ensuring that CVX wins the best investment opportunities
• Presenting investment opportunities to our investment committee
• Run investment processes with our partners and close investment rounds
