Venture Director

Job Description

CVX is seeking a Venture Director to join their team in Oslo. The Venture Director will play a crucial role in CVX's global investment team and will be responsible for their own portfolio, managing the entire deal process from sourcing to closing.

The role involves creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow and ensuring timely decision-making to close deals with partners.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring CVX is considered for all interesting deals in the market
• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make investment decisions
• Negotiating term sheets and ensuring CVX wins the best investment opportunities
• Presenting investment opportunities to our investment committee
• Running investment processes with our partners and close investment rounds

• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar
