Verkada is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join their Mid-Market Select team in San Mateo. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the largest, most strategic segment of Mid-Market.

Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering integrated product lines such as video security cameras, access control, environmental sensors, alarms, workplace management, and intercoms, all managed through a single cloud-based software platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and cultivate new business opportunities within Select Named Accounts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to close.
  • Conduct online demos and create compelling proposals.
  • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and recommending Verkada solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-9 years of sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Hunter sales mentality with a strong desire to be successful.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo & Outreach is a plus.
  • Knowledge and execution of MEDDPICC is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
