CVX Ventures is seeking a dynamic and strategic Venture Director to lead their Danish division in Copenhagen. The Venture Director will focus on the company's growth and success. They will have the responsibility of shaping the company's vision, driving operational excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability. Role Involves:

• Defining and executing strategy and continuously adjusting it.
• Leading the Danish expansion, including potential acquisitions.
• Managing profit and loss for Denmark and overall operations.
• Building a large and valuable pool of partners.
• Leading investment deals from sourcing to closing.
• Representing CVX at events, gatherings, and conferences.

Requirements:

• High work ethic
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups
• Proactive approach and ability to take ownership.
• Deep interest in venture capital.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
